Terri Lodwick is the President, CEO and 100% Owner of All American Window and Door, a Germantown-based business that focuses on replacement windows, doors, siding and roofing.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Terri grew up in a family business and started All American Window in 1985 at her kitchen table. The company later expanded to its current Mequon Road location and, 40 years later, employs several of her nine children. Each participates in all aspects of the company.
Once a month, for twenty years, Terri was a guest on the 1130 WISN Saturday Remodeling Show.
Terri and Newstalk 620 WTMJ partnered in 2013, for well over seven years, creating the “All American Window & Door We Love Wisconsin Tour” traveling to a different city each month where she presented a $1000 check to a special charity. COVID ended the program in 2020, but Terri had already given $79,000.
Terri loves the color purple, M&M’s, classic cars (the favorite being her purple 1966 Mustang), her dogs, traveling, and especially, spending time with her eleven grandchildren. They call her “Grandma Special”.
A few of Terri’s professional designations include: NAHB Certified Graduate Remodeler, Germantown’s Celebrate Success Award, Germantown Business of the Year Award, Wisconsin Senate Recognition, 2009 BBB Torch Award for Business Ethics and Integrity, Top 101 Remodelers in America to Work For, Outstanding Women in the Industry National Award, President of Executive Women International – Milwaukee chapter, and she was one the five original members who built Germantown’s Survive Alive Fire Safety House.
